This highly engaging program covers the practical steps and resources you need to help employees bounce back from the last two years and build a resilient, supportive workplace culture. 

The program facilitated by Fran Connelley comprises 3 x 2 hour sessions and is limited to 12 people to maximise individual outcomes.  Each attendee receives a PDF Training Workbook containing tools, templates and checklists.
