HOW DOES IT WORK?
There are two coaching packages, both include all practical support materials:
Casual Coaching Starter Pack: 5 x 1 hour zoom sessions. This package is extremely popular because it breaks the coaching into flexible, time friendly chunks over 12 months. You set the goals. You book in when it suits you.
12-month Leadership Coaching: A program of support with regular monthly zoom sessions as we follow a blueprint for achieving your goals. More mentoring than training, please note, I'm not an accountability coach. I work with adults who own their goals.
