Over the last 25 years I’ve worked with lots of great CEOs and non-profit organisations, written two books and run over 200 workshops and webinars. It’s been an exciting ride.

With widespread fatigue and overwhelm, a Royal Commission, floods, a pandemic, critical workforce shortages and staff in isolation, the current operating environment is diabolical. Now, more than ever, employees want transparency, authentic human connection and visible leadership. They’re also re-evaluating the role of work in their lives and crave "new" experiences.

This brings a whole new set of challenges for CEOs. But it also presents incredible opportunities for those leaders willing to challenge sector thinking and look beyond their competitors as the benchmark. 

Going forward, I’ve decided to focus more of my time providing tailored 1:1 mentoring/ coaching support to those CEOs who are a ‘values-fit’ with my business. I want to make a bigger difference with a more focused level of tailored 1:1 individual support.

 

I will be working closely with a handful of CEOs who are committed to creating a great place to work AND transforming the lives of their clients and their participants.

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

  • There are two coaching packages: 6 months or 12 months.

  • You set your goals at the start and we track your progress. 

  • 1 x monthly zoom session with an optional 2nd session if required. (Some clients use these sessions for facilitated leadership discussions.)

  • It includes all support materials and advice provided.
